Health Shift is a mission-based company that has been in existence since 2020. In that short time, we have grown to 13 clinic locations across Minnesota and Wisconsin! As we grow, we have a firm goal to maintain a small company, family feel so you will never feel like just a number.
At Health Shift, our mission is to partner with conservative care professionals to unleash the innate healing potential in every human being! Putting these professions at the front lines of managing neuromusculoskeletal conditions. Helping save our patients time and money, allowing them to do what they want to do, need to do, and LOVE to do.

MSP PROTOCOL – MOBILIZE, STABILIZE, PREVENT
At Health Shift, we use the MSP Protocol to address neuromusculoskeletal conditions:
Mobilize – Delivered by chiropractic providers for optimal nerve flow and alignment.
Stabilize – Empowered by our skilled DPTs to build strength and improve function.
Prevent – Through personalized programs to stop problems before they start.
As we grow, we plan on incorporating additional wellness professionals including nutrition and mental health into our model. We strongly believe an integrated approach is needed with these conservative professions to fully support the four pillars of our nervous system: Nerve Flow, Movement, Nutrition, and Mindset.
