Neil Sauter, PT, DPT
At Health Shift, LLC, our mission transcends traditional healthcare boundaries by integrating chiropractic and physical therapy services with holistic professionals that include nutritionists and behavioral health specialists. With over four years at the helm, the focus is on cultivating a team dedicated to redefining primary care clinics throughout the communities we serve, with a focus on value-based care.
Our collaborative efforts have been pivotal in attracting forward-thinking healthcare professionals. Possessing competencies in healthcare staffing, we've successfully built a robust network committed to innovation and excellence throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin, looking to bring our model to hundreds of communities over the next several years!

Tony Janssen, DC
Dr. Janssen, a visionary in healthcare, blends medical expertise with a passion for holistic healing. As a seasoned entrepreneur, he leads a cutting-edge healthcare service, empowering individuals to heal naturally and unlock their full potential. Beyond healthcare, Dr. Janssen is the proud owner of a startup clothing company, seamlessly merging his business acumen with a flair for style. Off the entrepreneurial field, he coaches hockey and finds joy in family life with his wife and two daughters. Join Dr. Janssen on the journey to optimal well-being and lifestyle innovation. Lastly facilitated self discovery trips to Mexico for eight years with Vitalisitc Masters with the intention of creating a roadmap on how to become the greatest version of oneself.
General Manager
Adam Sauter
Adam comes to us with broad operations and manufacturing industry experience to include Oil & Gas transport, Consumer Packaged Goods, Computer Hardware, and most recently, various Medical Device spaces. A mechanical engineer from Purdue University, Adam has completed his MBA from Herberger Business School at Saint Cloud State University here in Minnesota. He has a driving passion for efficiencies, doing things right the first time, and building lasting trust within teams. Adam also has heavy interests and experience in business process improvement and transformation.
In his free time, Adam likes traveling to visit relatives with his family of 4; wife, Amber, and two sons, Owen and Wesley. He is an avid golfer and current competitor on the Ultimate Long Drive circuit. He volunteers his time coaching in the OMGHA youth hockey program.
Billing & Credentialing Manager
Lynette Lange
Lynette was born and raised in the Chicago area. She was very active in several sports in High School until a degenerative joint disease put an end to her sports career. Lynette moved to the Eau Claire Wisconsin area shortly after graduating from high school. Where she continued to be an avid sports fan. She will talk your ear off about the Packers, Brewers and Bucks even though she is now back in the Chicago area.
Lynette started her career in medical billing while she was attending physical therapy herself for her knee. She has been a medical biller, billing Physical Therapy services for over 15 years.
Lynette loves working for Health-Shift Physical Therapy because of the great team she works with, “We all help each other out as much as possible”. She also enjoys helping patients understand their insurance benefits, as they can be very difficult to interpret. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, spending time with family and being involved with her community.

Melissa McCarthy, PT, DPT

Dr. Melissa McCarthy received her undergraduate training at the University of Wisconsin - Superior with a major in Biology. She then attended the University of Minnesota where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She is certified in Astym, Functional Dry Needling, and Systematic Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA).
In her 10 years of experience as a physical therapist, the three pillars of her practice include first identifying movement dysfunction to determine the root cause of pain, followed by addressing any restrictions then retraining functional movement patterns.
Running marathons and weight training as a lifelong athlete herself, Dr. Melissa values the interconnectedness of general health, nutrition, and well being as important factors of living and moving well. She wants to empower people with those same tools to use in their own lives.

Megan Francisco, PT, DPT

Dr. Megan Francisco is a local resident who has spent her childhood and adult life In Andover, MN. Megan ventured into the Twin Cities to attend college at St. Catherine University, where she received both her B.S. in Applied Exercise Science and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Dr. Megan’s passion is enhancing lives through genuine connection while promoting and educating patients on the benefits and joys of lifelong wellness, no matter what season of life.
Outside of the clinic she enjoys spending time with family and friends, perusing antique/thrift stores, and walking her bulldogs. Dr. Megan is so excited to be joining Health Shift and for the opportunity to continue to serve the community she knows and loves.

Bethany Rathmanner, PT, DPT

Dr. Bethany grew up in Minnesota. She attended St. Cloud State University where she graduated with a BS in Biomedical Science. She then went on to attend the University of Mary where she got her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Dr. Bethany has five years of experience and has treated a wide variety of conditions. She is a manual based therapist that has grown most interested in treating low back and neck pain. It is her mission to inspire patients to prioritize their health and wellbeing and provide them with the tools to help them reach their goals. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Bethany enjoys photography, playing volleyball, and spending time with her husband and son.

Jacob Kolosky, PT, DPT

Dr. Jacob grew up in the Twin Cities. He pursued a bachelor's at Minnesota State University Moorhead before earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Jamestown in Fargo, ND. Since graduating, he embraced the role of a traveling physical therapist, taking on contracts across the United States and allowing him to expand his knowledge. He has a strong interest in all orthopedic and athletic fields. Outside of work he enjoys hiking, playing games, and going to his family farm.

Dr. Aubrey Martin's journey in healthcare began at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, where she earned her B.A. in Psychology. She then pursued her passion for physical therapy at Stony Brook University, graduating with a Doctorate.
Her experience spans across orthopedics, oncology, and sports medicine, and she has made significant contributions as a teaching assistant at Stony Brook's physical therapy program. Dr. Aubrey's diverse experience and commitment to patient care make her a trusted professional in her field. In her free time, she enjoys running, practicing yoga, and spending quality time with her dogs.

Dr. Theresa received her undergraduate degree in Biology from the College of Saint Benedict, close to her hometown of Richmond, MN. She then obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Creighton University in Omaha, NE. She is passionate about motivating patients to make exercise and healthy life choices a top priority. She enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities.
Dr. Theresa continues to seek growth opportunities within her practice to cater her treatments to your specific needs. She believes education plays a vital role in recovery, safe participation in exercise, and reducing risk of injury. In her free time, she enjoys attending various sporting events with her husband, playing tennis and pickleball, and trying new craft breweries & restaurants.

Nicole Falls, PT, DPT
Eau Claire Physical Therapy
Dr. Nicole Falls attended Carroll University in Wisconsin where she passed time by playing for the varsity and club soccer teams, working a part-time job in the service industry, and studying. She graduated with a BS in Exercise Science and then two years later with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Dr. Nicole moved to Maine after graduation and worked at an outpatient clinic treating adults with acquired brain injury. Many important life events occurred during the four years spent in Maine including meeting and marrying her husband David and giving birth to her son Beckett.
Now back in Wisconsin, Dr. Nicole can’t wait to exercise her skills with a new set of patients. Dr. Nicole has a special interest in neurological conditions, especially concussion, TBI, stroke, etc. She also has experience working with individuals suffering from chronic pain. She enjoys treating with a variety of manual techniques. No matter the diagnosis though, Dr. Nicole’s ultimate goal is to aid each patient in reaching their maximum rehabilitation potential.

Erica Friebel, PT, DPT
Prairie Spine | Dakota Chiropractic & Physical Therapy
Dr. Erica has recently moved to Minnesota after beginning her Physical Therapy career in St. Louis, Missouri. She attended Maryville University of St. Louis where she earned both her undergraduate Bachelor of Health Sciences and post-grad Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
She has been practicing in the outpatient orthopedic setting since graduating in 2020, which has been her area of interest dating back to high school.
She is passionate about finding individualized modes of exercise and activity to keep her patients moving and improving every day. Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new places, finding good walking and hiking trails, and grilling out while listening to music.

Dr. VandenBergh is a physical therapist that graduated with a degree in exercise science from Winona State University in 2018 and then attended University of Jamestown where he received his doctorate of physical therapy in 2022. Dr. VandenBergh is passionate about helping others navigate their health journey and taking control of their lives.

Duncan Schwartz, PT, DPT
Summit Hill Chiropractic and Physical Therapy
Dr. Duncan Schwartz grew up in California. His time playing football and soccer led him to pursue a career in physical therapy. He attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where he graduated with a Bachelor of science in Biology and a minor in Psychology. He then attended Regis University in Denver, Colorado, where he obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Dr. Duncan has a wide variety of clinical experience. He places emphasis on both manual therapy and exercises to ensure each patient returns to feeling their best while doing what they love. Duncan uses evidencebased practice to provide excellent and compassionate care for his patients. With the goal to empower patients to implement habits that will lead them to putting their well being first.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Duncan enjoys working out, playing soccer, hiking, and snowboarding. He is an avid traveler, and just recently spent time in Europe exploring Spain, Croatia, and Greece.
Dr. Duncan is excited to join the team and promote our treatment model of combined chiropractic and physical therapy care to our community. He embraces this challenge and can't wait to meet all of you!

Ryan Tadle, a professional executive assistant based in the Philippines, offers essential backend support to the team.
Outside of work, Ryan has a passion for exploring the great outdoors and seeking out new adventures. Whether he's hiking in the mountains, relaxing on the beach, or trying out new water sports, Ryan is always up for a new challenge. His adventurous spirit and love for nature not only help him unwind and recharge but also bring a fresh perspective and creativity to his work.
